    it’s carmen again, i am not from taiwan but i do
    speak chinese mandarin and cantonese – got 2 kids and marry to a german. we are both really into tai chi and its great to read your blog.

    I totally appreciate all the hard work you have put into this site.

    As a kung fu practitioner, this site is a great resource. I practice Qi Gong and carry on instruction of it to my students. Primarily I teach Ba Duan Jin and Five Element Gong.

    I did have a question as to whether you use the healing sounds in your Qi Gong.

    I look forward in more information sharing…

    I assume you mean the six sounds? I studied them once but never really put them into practice. I had a lot on my plate at the time. i’m looking at picking them up again real soon. i’ve already found a teacher.

    Baduanjin is one of my main qigong practices. It’s good stuff.

    Yes, I was referring to the six sounds. I have found it quite beneficial.
