This month marks the third anniversary of the Formosa Neijia blog. We’ve covered a lot of territory in the past three years, had a lot of ups and a lot of downs, but we’re still here and doing our thing.
Just want to say thanks to all the readers.
Curious: what was your favorite post over the past three years?

Congratulations Dave!
It has been a great three years for us readers, let’s hope there are many more to come. As to my favourite post… I remember I liked your 3-part series about what taiji could learn from xingyi and xingyi from bagua and bagua from xingyi or taiji, that was a nice one. I also liked the posts about the great competitive push hands clip which featured some good throws.
And I liked many many others which I am forgetting at the moment, but your recent article about what you learned from Dr. Kenneth Fish was simply great. It changed my thoughts about posture… turns out I was one of the many who suffered from “Yang-style disease”. This article and the follow-up comments posted here and on the RSF forum were illuminating. Thank you very much for the effort and the heart you put into this blog.

Congratulations – my blog has a loooong way to go.
Not sure I can single out any particular post off the top of my head, but I’ve picked up a lot of information on the Kua from several of your posts, so thanks! (Hmm… how about one of the ‘Song Kua’ series? Or the Kua Squat video… will get back to you!)

Dave,
Congratulations on the third anniversary. I have been slowly working through your archives from the very beginning and am now up to August 2008. Love your posts!
My favourite posts are the ones which show your talking about how your thinking changed over the years – eg. the one about training like an old man, or the ones about your judo experiences. Please keep up the good work and I love your reviews also.
